Presswerk catering & event hall

The Presswerk in Arbon presents itself as a unique location, characterised by industrial flair and urban romance. Whether for an aperitif with business colleagues, coffee and cake with the family or dinner with friends - the Presswerk welcomes all guests.

A historic brick building in industrial style, spacious, light-flooded halls with high ceilings and modern equipment: the Presswerk in Arbon presents itself as a unique location, characterised by industrial flair and urban romance. Built between 1905 and 1910, the building initially served as an energy centre for the Heine embroidery factory until the 1940s. It was then bought by Adolph Saurer and used as a pressing plant and for frame construction. Following extensive renovation work, the industrial building has shone in new splendour since the end of 2018 and is now a multifunctional venue. People dance, celebrate, eat and make music here. Today, the Presswerk is a creative meeting place with a wide range of rooms - both for cultural events and private functions.
