What started small in 2007 in a former cheese dairy in Strohwilen has become big today: The new Macardo headquarters. Here, guests are immersed in the world of fine spirits. With passion, Macardo mashes, ferments, distils and ages - according to traditional secret recipes, time-consuming distilling processes and with the highest quality standards for the mostly regional ingredients. The infrastructure, which meets the most modern standards, can be discovered during guided tours and distilling courses, and the spirits can be tasted during tastings or sensory courses.

Celebrating parties also goes really well here! The event area offers space for up to 100 people. And if you don't want to drive home after the party, you can spend the night in Macardo's Premium B&B with a picturesque panoramic view of Alpstein and Säntis. The Honesty Bar with Cigar Lounge invites you to a tasteful nightcap after a long day. In the shop, customers can also find the entire range of Macardo noble distillates, as well as regional delicacies refined with Macardo spirits, such as whisky fondue, whisky sausages and whisky mustard.
