Sirnach Crime Trail
For around three hours, young and old-established detectives investigate a robbery on the Sirnach Crime Trail. It happened in 1997, when Swiss Post was still called PTT: valuable mail sacks worth several hundred thousand francs were stolen from the mail wagon of a freight train, and the train driver and loading postal workers were knocked unconscious with a blow to the head. Three perpetrators were arrested at the time. However, inconsistencies in the case lead to the assumption that a fourth person must have been involved, who has never been caught. The trail starts at the post office in Sirnach to solve the mystery surrounding the case. This crime trail is one of the easier ones in Thurgau and is therefore also suitable for beginner detectives.
