For many chocolate and speciality lovers, Gottlieber Hüppen and Gottlieber products are regarded as the finest delicacies. They are part of Switzerland's culinary heritage. The well-known Gottlieber art of confectionery is cultivated and constantly refined in the owner-managed manufactory. The wafer-thin, warm crêpes, no thicker than 0.7 mm, are still baked individually and rolled like the leaf of a precious Havana cigar. This is done very carefully and precisely, as if by hand.

All Gottlieber specialities such as Hüppen, cocoa almonds and chocolate can be purchased in the Gottlieber Seecafé with its manufactory shop. Visitors can enjoy cosy moments on the beautiful lakeside terrace with a cool beer, champagne or a good glass of wine. But even on foggy autumn and winter days, guests can unwind and watch the flowing waters of the Seerhein over a hot and fragrant cup of coffee.
