The spacious, partly newly renovated vacation apartment is located on the mezzanine floor of the listed art nouveau building. The apartment, consisting of a double bedroom, open-plan bed-sitting room, kitchen-cum-living-room, reduit with wardrobe, shower, WC, washbasin, offers space for 2 to 5 people. The location is central, quiet, sunny, with garden seating area and barbecue, sunbathing lawn, smoking balcony, permanent parking space, covered bicycle shelter (shelter also in the cellar), TV, washing machine for longer stays and Internet on request. In the immediate vicinity are the train station and harbor, both from Kreuzlingen and Constance and many offers for children, sports and playgrounds.
